Elsie is a great asset to the Gogos, she bakes a mean pumpernickle bread and isn’t afraid to climb a hill! This gogo realtes to the large factor of the large Mulli family as she comes from a family of 19! She grew up on a farm with lots of critters but few bikes. She purchased her first bike at age 35 and fell in love with the sport. Her family wasn’t suprised by her participation in the race and her grandkids Cole, Reid and Lane use words like “Crazy, Awesome and Cool” to describe Elsie’s efforts! While her passion competitive edge compels her to do her best, her motivation comes from knowing they are raising funds for MCF. We asked her why she is pushing herself so hard for children she will never meet she said, “You do not need to meet these kids to know they deserve the necessities of life. Our team, which includes every person who has sponsored us, shares the blessings that we have been given by God, the giving is the best part”. When the Gogos meet the other teams at the finish line, Elsie looks forward to celebrating the winners of the race - the kids of the Mully Children’s Family! GoGo MCF!
